Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess complex problems within your area of responsibility.
  • Set strategic direction and establish near-term goals for your area.
  • Develop solutions requiring in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
  • Interact with senior management at client organizations and within Accenture, including negotiating and influencing on significant matters.
  • Exercise latitude in decision-making and determine objectives and approaches for critical assignments.
  • Make decisions that have lasting impact on your area and potentially influence other areas.
  • Manage large teams and/or extensive work efforts, whether as a leader or individual contributor.
  • Be prepared to work in rotational shifts as required.
