Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify and assess complex problems within your area of responsibility.
Set strategic direction and establish near-term goals for your area.
Develop solutions requiring in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
Interact with senior management at client organizations and within Accenture, including negotiating and influencing on significant matters.
Exercise latitude in decision-making and determine objectives and approaches for critical assignments.

Manage large teams and/or extensive work efforts, whether as a leader or individual contributor.
Be prepared to work in rotational shifts as required.
