Job Description

Job Purpose

The Project Manager will support the effective execution of the Business Prioritization Process by ensuring seamless coordination, tracking, and reporting across multiple concurrent initiatives (opportunities). This role is critical in driving transparency, consistency, and efficiency through structured governance, KPI monitoring, and stakeholder communication, enabling informed decision-making and timely delivery of business outcomes

Key Responsibilities

Opportunity Tracking & Coordination

oManage and track multiple opportunities through the Business Prioritization Process

oEnsure accurate and timely updates in tracking tools (SharePoint, transitioning to JIRA)

oMaintain visibility of progress, dependencies, and risks across initiatives

Process & Logistics Management

oCoordinate prioritization activities including scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups

oEnsure all logistical aspects of governance processes are executed efficiently

KPI Monitoring & Reporting

oTrack and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess effectiveness

oProvide regular reporting on performance, progress, and outcomes

Dashboards & Status Reporting

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into progress, KPIs, and risks
  • Enable data-driven decision-making for stakeholders

Governance & Compliance

  • Support governance frameworks and ensure adherence to defined standards and processes
  • Maintain documentation and audit readiness for prioritization activities

Stakeholder Communication

  • Communicate updates clearly to both technical and business stakeholders
  • Facilitate alignment and timely escalation of risks or issues

Key competencies

  • Strong project management expertise, preferably within a PMO environment
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking ability to manage complex workflows
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in tracking and reporting
  • Proficiency in KPI tracking, performance measurement, and reporting
  • Strong analytical and process-driven mindset
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills across technical and business audiences
  • Experience with project tracking and collaboration tools (SharePoint, JIRA or similar)
  • Understanding of governance frameworks and prioritization processes
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
  • Good reporting using Jira and customized dashboarding skills.

Education

Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
