What would you do Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs and manage the below

  • Drive HRSS Delivery Strategy across UK, EMEA, NAM, and APAC, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with client priorities.
  • Strengthen Client Partnerships by acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high impact engagement at leadership level.
  • Governance & Oversight: Establish robust queue management, escalation protocols, and compliance frameworks to safeguard delivery.
  • Quality & Risk Management: Lead audits, enforce integrity standards, and proactively mitigate risks to protect client trust.
  • Leadership Development: Mentor CL 11s, 10s/9s, build mid layer capability, and ensure succession planning.
  • Operational Excellence: Champion process improvements, automation initiatives, and efficiency programs.
