Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in recruitment/staffing (India market)
Proven experience managing a high-performing recruitment delivery team
Strong knowledge of recruitment lifecycle, sourcing channels, and market trends
Hands-on experience with job portals, social sourcing, ATS/CRM tools
Excellent communication, people management, and stakeholder handling skills
Ability to multitask and manage delivery for multiple clients simultaneously
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to individually contribute when required
