Basic Information
Position Title – Delivery Lead

Position reports to – Delivery Manager
Job Purpose
We are looking for dedicated and motivated individuals with strong leadership, organizational and teamwork skills for its Private Markets team based in Gurugram.
Key Responsibilities
- Refine and maintain quarterly portfolio data sheets with performance analytics across asset classes and related mandates.
- Monitor portfolio performance, capital allocation, liquidity requirements, and key return drivers across strategies and mandates.
- Develop and maintain structured revenue and fee models, including product-level profitability analysis.
- Strengthen portfolio analysis and support performance monitoring across DPMs and other investment mandates under the CIO Office.
- Prepare structured reporting materials for Investment Committee (IC), Executive Committee (EC), and external stakeholders/investors, including fund performance summaries and factsheets/ pitchdecks.
- Improve reporting efficiency, automation, and data accuracy
- Creating portfolio monitoring templates and updating monthly / quarterly financials on a recurring basis
- Interact with senior professionals at private equity firms and corporations
- Conduct quality checks of client deliverables
- Other activities include structuring deliverables/teams and developing efficient processes
- Competent enough to independently handle team deliverables and build strong relationships with clients/requestors
Skills & Experience
- 4-7 years of experience in quantitative analysis, including dashboard creation, investment analytics, portfolio reporting and monitoring, financial modelling, review and summarizing reports, benchmarking, company profiling, etc.
- Hands on experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau and SQL
- Excellent communication skills, team leadership, and experience in client relationship management
- Exceptional organizational skills, including multi-tasking capability, project structuring/scoping, and team management
- Finance fundamentals and strong analytical skills
- Solution oriented and self-driven
- Strong relationship building with internal and external stakeholders
Clear and logical thinking to understand and add value to projects/workstreams
