Job Summary

We are looking for a highly delivery-oriented professional with strong hands-on expertise in Data Engineering and exposure to AI conceptualization and implementation. The ideal candidate should have deep BFSI domain experience, particularly in lending, and should be capable of driving end-to-end ownership of delivery engagements.

This role requires a strong leader who can manage teams across on-roll and off-roll models, ensure seamless 24x7 delivery operations, and work closely with business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end data engineering delivery programs.
Design and implement scalable data pipelines, data lakes, and modern analytics architectures.
Conceptualize and drive AI/ML-based solutions aligned with business requirements.
Work closely with BFSI business stakeholders, especially within lending operations and analytics.
Ensure high-quality project execution, governance, and timely delivery.
Manage cross-functional teams including on-roll and off-roll resources.
Drive operational excellence and support 24x7 engagement requirements.
Take complete ownership of delivery, escalations, stakeholder management, and solution outcomes.
Mentor teams and establish strong engineering and delivery practices.
