Job Summary
We are looking for a highly delivery-oriented professional with strong hands-on expertise in Data Engineering and exposure to AI conceptualization and implementation. The ideal candidate should have deep BFSI domain experience, particularly in lending, and should be capable of driving end-to-end ownership of delivery engagements.
This role requires a strong leader who can manage teams across on-roll and off-roll models, ensure seamless 24x7 delivery operations, and work closely with business and technology stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end data engineering delivery programs.
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines, data lakes, and modern analytics architectures.
- Conceptualize and drive AI/ML-based solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Work closely with BFSI business stakeholders, especially within lending operations and analytics.
- Ensure high-quality project execution, governance, and timely delivery.
- Manage cross-functional teams including on-roll and off-roll resources.
- Drive operational excellence and support 24x7 engagement requirements.
- Take complete ownership of delivery, escalations, stakeholder management, and solution outcomes.
- Mentor teams and establish strong engineering and delivery practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10-12 years of experience in Data Engineering and Analytics delivery.
- Strong hands-on experience with modern data platforms and cloud ecosystems.
- Good understanding of AI/ML concepts and practical business use cases.
- BFSI domain expertise with strong exposure to lending processes and systems.
- Proven leadership experience managing large delivery teams.
- Strong stakeholder communication and client management capabilities.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ownership-driven environments.
