We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to drive the end-to-end execution of technology projects and programs.
The role involves overseeing technical delivery, scaling new capabilities, and managing the implementation of large-scale product enhancements across the platform.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate product strategies and business objectives into technical solutions while ensuring efficient delivery across the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology projects and programs, ensuring timely execution and high-quality outcomes.
Manage and coordinate cross-functional development teams including internal engineers and external partners.
Drive large-scale product changes and capability enhancements across the platform.
Collaborate with business teams to convert product roadmaps and business objectives into technical deliverables.
Oversee the technical delivery for assigned business units, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Establish data quality checks and monitoring frameworks to detect anomalies and ensure reliable data pipelines.
Track project progress, identify risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Facilitate design discussions, architecture reviews, and code quality practices.
Ensure adherence to security, scalability, and best engineering practices.
Key Skills
Strong experience in Web Development with hands-on expertise in JavaScript frameworks.
Experience with Cloud Integrations and Security.
Hands-on experience with AWS services, including :
ECS / EKS
API Gateway
Route53
VPC / ELB
REST / SOAP frameworks
Experience working with data engineering tools, such as :
Airflow
AWS Glue
AWS Lambda
Amazon Redshift
Strong development experience with Node.js and/or Python.
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of Enterprise Data Warehousing and ETL/ELT frameworks.
Experience working with APIs for data integration and delivery (REST APIs, GraphQL).
Hands-on experience building batch data ingestion pipelines (CSV, ODBC, etc.
Familiarity with code versioning tools such as GitHub.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build tools (e.g., TravisCI or similar).
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
