Acuity is currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have strong leadership, organizational and teamwork skills for its Investment Banking team based in Gurgaon.
Roles and Responsibilities included-:
- Supporting our clients on multiple industries including Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas, Power & utilities, Metal & Mining, Services
- Preparing financial analysis including trading/ transaction comparable, operational/ financial benchmarking, valuation analysis, etc.
- Preparing pitch books, industry research, deals & peers screening, company profiles and company focused discussion documents related to various industries.
- Meeting project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure high client satisfaction
- Conducting quality control check of the outgoing reports / packs
- Engaging client independently on calls and e-mails
- Other responsibilities include:
- Scoping the new projects, structuring deliverables/new research products
- Producing high quality informative and visually appealing presentations and deck
- Demonstrating strength and experience in client / requester relationship building and management, information / knowledge needs assessment
Key Competencies-
- MBA/ CFA/ CA
- 6-10 years of experience in the Investment banking space
- Experience of working Investment banking projects, including:
- Detailed financial analysis with knowledge / experience of working on financial statements
- Target identification, Trading and Transaction comps
- Benchmarking, Ratio analysis
- Pitch book / IM support and company profiles
- Macro-economic and industry overviews with experience working across various industries
- Bespoke qualitative research
- Should be able to work independently, with minimal guidance and support
- Prior experience in handling clients directly through calls / mails
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Should be well versed with MS Office suite specially Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Working knowledge of database such as Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, Factset, Thomson, etc
