Project Role : Delivery Lead

Project Role Description : Lead end-to-end delivery, or a defined component of a contract to meet operational, contractual, and financial commitments. Ensure service quality and efficiency. Manage delivery outcomes and identify opportunities for follow-on work through up-selling or cross-selling.

Summary:

As a Delivery Lead, your typical day involves overseeing the complete delivery process or a specific segment of a contract to ensure all operational, contractual, and financial goals are achieved. You focus on maintaining high standards of service quality and operational efficiency while managing the overall delivery outcomes. Throughout the day, you identify potential opportunities to expand business through up-selling or cross-selling, ensuring continuous growth and client satisfaction. Your role requires coordinating various activities to align with project objectives and stakeholder expectations, fostering a productive and goal-oriented environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
  • Lead strategic planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
  • Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and best practices.
  • Experience in managing service delivery frameworks and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
  • Ability to analyze and improve operational workflows to enhance service efficiency.
  • Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable solutions.
  • Experience to work on program and project management within ServiceNow.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
  • This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
