Good to have skills : SAP MM Materials Management, SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:

As a Delivery Lead, your typical day involves overseeing the complete delivery process or a specific segment of a contract to ensure all operational, contractual, and financial obligations are fulfilled. You focus on maintaining high standards of service quality and operational efficiency while managing the outcomes of delivery activities. Throughout the day, you identify potential opportunities to expand business through additional services or solutions, fostering growth and strengthening client relationships. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous monitoring of project progress are key aspects of your role, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience in SAP.
• Should have influencing and Advisory skills and experience delivering in SAP AMS project.
• Engage with client and multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and client satisfaction.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management and SAP Platform across S4 & ECC.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP core modules used in Chemical & natural Resources/Utilities/Energy Industry.
• Strong capability in managing complex project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Excellent skills in risk management and mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Ability to analyze and interpret project data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
• Proficient in stakeholder management and negotiation to align project objectives with business goals.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Program Project Management.
• Experience in AMS Delivery in SAP mandatory
• location preferences are BDC/HDC/PDC/MDC.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
