- BFS Fluency: You speak the language of Banking and FS fluently and have the battle scars of managing large, complex programs.

Required Skills
- 22+ years of experience from Tier-1 IT Services company background
- Strong delivery experience in BFS domain leveraging New Gen Technologies
- Should have handled multi-million dollar portfolio and large customers
- Strong Client/ Stakeholder Management exp
- Europe focused experience is a plus
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence board-level and C-suite stakeholders.
