We are seeking a senior Delivery Head to lead strategic Mobility portfolios spanning Automotive OEMs, Tier-1 Suppliers, Transportation, Logistics, Travel, and Hospitality clients. This role is accountable for end-to-end delivery excellence, P&L ownership, customer success, and business growth, with a strong focus on large-scale Application Development (AD), Application Maintenance & Support (AMS), modernization, and SRE-led managed services within a global delivery model.
Experience Required
- 18–22 years of experience in IT Services servicing clients in Mobility industry domain (Automotive OEMs, Tier-1 Suppliers, Transportation & Logistics, and Travel & Hospitality)
- Experience managing large-scale portfolios (30M - $60M+ annual revenue) with accountability for delivery, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth.
- Proven success as a Delivery Manager, Portfolio Lead, or Delivery Head managing large global accounts and portfolios.
- Extensive experience leading Application Development, Modernization, AMS, and Managed Services engagements.
- Demonstrated ownership of P&L, delivery operations, and account growth.
- Experience managing strategic client relationships with global enterprises.
- Exposure to Connected Mobility, Software-Defined Vehicles (SDV), Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Transportation Platforms, or Digital Customer Experience initiatives is desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio & Delivery Leadership
- Lead strategic Mobility portfolios with end-to-end ownership of delivery, quality, operational excellence, and customer outcomes.
- Manage integrated Application Development, Modernization, AMS, and Managed Services engagements.
- Drive SRE-led operations to improve reliability, availability, scalability, and service performance.
- Ensure predictable delivery execution across globally distributed teams operating in a follow-the-sun model.
- Establish strong governance, risk management, and performance management frameworks.
P&L Ownership & Business Growth
- Own end-to-end P&L for strategic Mobility accounts and portfolios.
- Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, utilization optimization, and cost efficiency.
- Partner with Account and Sales teams to drive account mining, renewals, expansion opportunities, and strategic pursuits.
- Support solutioning, transition, and execution of large transformation programs.
Client & Executive Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, and business executives.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with Automotive, Transportation, Logistics, Travel, and Hospitality clients.
- Lead executive governance forums, QBRs, steering committees, and business reviews.
- Drive customer satisfaction, business value realization, and long-term partnerships.
Technology & Delivery Excellence
- Lead complex engagements spanning custom applications, enterprise platforms, cloud modernization, integration ecosystems, data platforms, and AI-driven solutions.
- Provide technology leadership across Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Enterprise Platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Business Applications, Salesforce, ServiceNow), Agile, DevOps, and SRE operating models.
- Drive adoption of AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI to improve engineering productivity, service operations, automation, and customer outcomes.
- Champion modernization, observability, automation, platform engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure delivery excellence through SLA compliance, operational rigor, governance, and measurable business outcomes.
Global Delivery Management
- Lead portfolio accounts through Delivery Managers and Program Leaders.
- Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, operational metrics, and service-level commitments.
- Drive standardization, process excellence, productivity improvements, and delivery scalability.
- Ensure effective resource planning, talent deployment, and capacity management.
Leadership & Capability Building
- Mentor and develop Delivery Managers, Program Managers, and Portfolio Leads.
- Build high-performing, customer-focused delivery organizations.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Certifications in Agile, Cloud, Program Management, ITIL, SRE, or related disciplines are desirable.
