- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with executives on strategy and growth.
What We're Looking For:
- 15+ years IT delivery leadership in large-scale programs.
- Deep expertise in Cloud, Enterprise SaaS, Agile/DevOps, data security & compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, 21 CFR Part 11, WCAG).
- Track record in scaling delivery centers with strong governance.
- Excellent client management, risk management, and stakeholder leadership.
- Healthcare domain experience is a strong advantage.
