Delivery Head-Cybersecurity, Enterprise Networking, and Datacenter

Role Overview

The Delivery Head oversees end-to-end technical deployment, commissioning, and client handover for Enterprise Networking, Cybersecurity, and Datacenter infrastructure projects. This role bridges project management and technical execution to ensure timely, SLA-compliant delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution & On-Site Delivery: Lead field deployment teams, network engineers, and system integrators during implementation, racking, stacking, cabling, and provisioning.
• Technical Architecture & Hands-on Guidance: Review Low-Level Designs (LLD) and High-Level Designs (HLD). Provide escalation support for complex network routing, firewall configurations, and datacenter migration issues.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance: Ensure deployed network and datacenter assets meet security standards (firewall policy deployment, ZTNA, micro-segmentation, baseline hardening, vulnerability remediations).
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate directly with OEM vendors (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, HPE, Dell, VMware) and internal delivery teams to resolve hardware/software issues during rollouts.
• Quality Assurance & Handover: Conduct Factory/Site Acceptance Testing (FAT/SAT), sign-off User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure standard operational handoff to Day-2 Operations/Managed Services.

Requirements

Experience

15+ years in IT Infrastructure Delivery, System Integration, or Field Operations, with at least 10+ years in a lead role.

Networking & DC

Enterprise Switching/Routing (BGP, OSPF, VXLAN), Datacenter Fabrics, SD-WAN, Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), HCI solutions.

Cybersecurity

Next-Gen Firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco Secure), IAM, VPNs, NAC, Endpoint Security, and Security Baseline Auditing.

Certifications (Preferred)

CCNP / CCIE (Enterprise/Security), PCNSE, NSE 4+, PMP, Prince2, or ITIL v4.

Soft Skills

Strong client-facing communication, crisis management, resource scheduling, and vendor coordination skills.
