Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Head to lead a large-scale delivery portfolio supporting a global client. This role will be responsible for end-to-end delivery management, driving transformation, operational excellence, and innovation across a workforce of 1,500+ FTEs. The portfolio spans customer experience, marketing, order to bill, IVR along with enterprise-grade network, security, and cloud solutions.
Portfolio & Program Management
- Manage complex programs across domains including:
- System of Engagement
- Data and AI
- Network and security solutions
- Cloud transformation initiatives
- Ensure seamless integration across multiple workstreams and vendors.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience managing large-scale global delivery portfolios
- Strong expertise in Microservices, React, and modern application architectures
- Deep understanding of Customer Experience, Network and AI
- Demonstrated success managing large global teams (1500+ FTEs)
- Strong financial acumen with P&L ownership
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience in driving digital transformation, cloud and AI adoption
Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Operations
- Own and manage delivery portfolio, ensuring profitability, growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and oversee delivery for 1,500+ FTEs across multiple programs and geographies.
- Ensure high-quality execution of projects aligned with client objectives, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery models, productivity, and cost optimization.
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with C-level executives and senior client stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers on digital transformation, telecom modernization, and technology strategy.
- Lead governance forums, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
Technology Leadership
- Provide oversight and direction on Microservices and React-based application ecosystems.
- Champion modern engineering practices, including AI, cloud-native development, and DevSecOps.
