Delivery Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Packaging and Dispatch

• Assist in order packaging and ensure proper handling before dispatch
• Coordinate with food aggregators and their delivery partners for smooth pick-up

Direct Delivery Execution

• Deliver food orders directly to customers using your own two-wheeler
• Ensure timely and safe delivery using knowledge of local routes

Hygiene and Grooming Standards

• Maintain personal hygiene: clean-shaven, no beard, trimmed nails, clean uniform
• Follow company SOPs related to hygiene and food safety

Customer Interaction

• Represent the brand positively with polite and professional behavior
• Ensure a seamless delivery experience at every customer touchpoint

Requirements:

• Minimum education: High School (10th pass)
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
• Good knowledge of local routes and areas
• Physically fit, dependable, punctual, and well-groomed
• Open to working in break shifts
• Prior experience in food delivery or kitchen dispatch is a plus
