Role Summary
The Operation Executive is responsible for ensuring timely, safe, and professional delivery of cakes and desserts to customers. The role includes delivery planning support, coordination with drivers, real-time updates, customer communication, and personally handling bike deliveries when required.

Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery Execution
Deliver cakes and desserts safely and on time to customers.
Ensure careful handling to avoid damage, especially for fragile or tiered cakes.
Maintain a professional and courteous customer handover experience.
2. Self-Delivery (Bike)
Handle nearby deliveries personally on a bike.
Support during high delivery volume days or when a driver is unavailable.
Execute urgent or priority deliveries quickly and efficiently.
3. Driver Coordination
Coordinate with car and bike drivers for smooth dispatch and delivery flow.
Share customer details, landmarks, and handling instructions.
Track delivery status and cake photo resolve basic on-ground issues.
4. Customer Communication
Confirm address, landmarks, and availability before delivery.
Inform customers about delivery status or delays if required.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
5. Dispatch & Quality Check
Verify packaging, labeling, and order accuracy before leaving for delivery.
Ensure proper placement and stability of products during transport.
6. Reporting & Updates
Update delivery status in ClickUp in real time.
Confirm delivery completion with notes.
Share daily delivery summary if required.
