We are looking for a Delivery Excellence Partner to lead transformation and quality excellence in Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata locations. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Quality Management Systems, process improvement, program & change management, AI knowhow and stakeholder engagement.
What the role will focus on
· Driving continuous improvement roadmaps across client accounts
· Leading Lean Six Sigma projects to deliver productivity and business value
· Strengthening Quality Management Systems and high-maturity practices
· Proactively identifying process risks through a strong no-surprise framework
· Monitoring SLAs and ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented
· Partnering with clients and internal stakeholders to drive delivery excellence initiatives
· Supporting internal and external audits across quality standards such as ISO and CMMI SVC
What we are looking for
· 8–12 years of experience in business problem-solving and value delivery
· Strong hands-on experience in Lean Six Sigma and process improvement
· Green Belt/Lean /Black Belt certified
· Exposure to Automation, Agile, and digital competencies like AI and RPA
· Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
· Experience in driving Lean Six Sigma projects across FAO / SCM / HRO / CEM / BPS processes
