Strategize, develop and deploy yearly transformation/ CI plan for clients assigned, baselining, T&M, building DNA of Continuous Improvement
Work with multiple stakeholders to understand the key problem areas and find application opportunities for Continuous improvement.
Coach and mentor Green Belts/Black Belts on improvement initiatives, provide expertise in quantitative techniques, and ensure timely completion of projects.
Drive operational excellence by implementing Lean VSM, Business process mapping, with a focus on visual management, FMEA, etc.
Present process and business findings to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner, effectively communicating the impact and potential benefits of proposed changes.
Lead and conduct Gemba Walks to observe and understand processes firsthand, identifying areas for improvement and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Collect and analyze data to diagnose process performance, identifying trends, patterns, and areas of inefficiency or waste.
Collaborate with senior leadership, department heads, and cross-functional teams to align Six Sigma and automation initiatives with business goals.
Prepare and present progress reports, success stories, and project outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
Primary Skills
Mandatory Six Sigma Master Black certification
Minimum 16+ years experience overall with at least 8-10 years experience in Continuous Improvement and Business/Digital Transformation.
Strong knowledge and practical application of Lean, Kaizen and Six Sigma, methodologies.
Demonstrated experience in leading and facilitating Kaizen events and process improvement initiatives
Proficiency in process mapping, gap analysis, and critical thinking techniques etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional global teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions
Hands on Quality Control / Quality Assurance/ /Quality Improvement frameworks
Executive presence that conveys composure and confidence in all situations
