Job Title: Delivery Excellence Lead

Location: Chennai

Experience: 1218 years (with significant experience in delivery governance, quality, and process improvement)

Department: Delivery Excellence / Program Governance

Budget: Open to discuss

Notice Period: Immediate joiner/ Serving notice with less than 45 days/Notice is less than 45 days

We are looking for resource who can develop frameworks and implement ISO and CMM-level models. Specifically looking for those with strong experience in ISO standards. We are not looking General Delivery Manager deals with projects and client facing but prefer candidates from Technical background who understands and speaks technology.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Excellence Lead to drive the organization's delivery excellence charter and strengthen governance, quality, and process maturity across multiple accounts. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in delivery frameworks, risk management, and data-driven process improvement, with a proven ability to elevate delivery standards across large-scale, multi-account environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion the Delivery Excellence charter and ensure consistent implementation across business units.
  • Design, implement, and institutionalize delivery governance and quality frameworks to drive operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Lead maturity uplift initiatives across accounts, focusing on process standardization and continuous improvement.
  • Drive data-driven analytics and insights to enhance delivery performance and predictability.
  • Partner with delivery leadership to identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and improve service quality.
  • Promote Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement practices across teams to strengthen delivery capabilities.
  • Enable performance measurement and reporting frameworks to support management decision-making.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong expertise in delivery governance, quality management, and risk frameworks.
  • Proven experience in process improvement using Lean/Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
  • Ability to manage large-scale, multi-account environments with diverse delivery models.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven performance measurement and insights generation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change leadership skills.
