The Delivery Excellence Consultant (DEC) for Healthcare & Life Sciences serves as a strategic advisor and governance lead across key account portfolios. This role is responsible for driving delivery quality, risk mitigation, process optimization, and regulatory compliance (including HIPAA, GxP, ISO 13485 standards and CMMi model) across HLS engagements. The DEC collaborates closely with Delivery Leads, Account Directors, Practice Leads, and Client Partners to embed modern delivery standards (including AI-driven execution and predictive quality indicators).
