Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Delivery Driver based in Mumbai. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for loading, transporting, and delivering packages to clients or businesses in a safe and timely manner. Daily tasks include ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of items, maintaining delivery logs, providing excellent customer service, and adhering to all safety and transportation regulations. Additional responsibilities may include operating a forklift, securing cargo, and assisting with warehouse duties.
Qualifications
- Excellent Customer Service skills to interact with clients professionally
- Proficiency in Forklift Operation for handling cargo
- Training experience to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
- Basic understanding of Sales processes and strategies
- Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a plus
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are an advantage
