Key Requirements
- 15+ years of overall experience with strong technical delivery and service management experience
- Proven experience in end-to-end service delivery, SLA management and quality standards
- Strong experience managing cross-functional teams
- Experience working in an onshore-offshore engagement model
- Strong exposure to migration, integration, development and support environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience with Azure, Oracle and Salesforce
- Strong capabilities in resource planning, project planning, delivery governance and reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a similar role within the IT consulting industry
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- PMP/ITIL certification preferred; PRINCE2/Scrum Master certification would be an advantage
- Experience with AI platforms.
