Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Director with extensive knowledge of the banking domain, expertise in Agile practices, and proficiency in MuleSoft integration solutions.
This leadership role requires a seasoned professional who can manage multiple projects concurrently while driving innovation and ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Management:
- Lead and oversee the planning, implementation, and delivery of complex programs related to banking operations and technology.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful program execution.
- Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
2. Agile Practices:
- Champion Agile methodologies across the organization, providing direction on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within Agile teams.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions.
3. Banking Domain Expertise:
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of the banking sector, including regulations, compliance, and market trends, to inform program strategies and solutions.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and technology adoption.
4. MuleSoft Integration:
- Utilize MuleSoft tools and frameworks to design, develop, and implement API-led connectivity solutions.
- Guide teams in leveraging MuleSoft capabilities to enhance system integration, data management, and customer experience.
- Monitor integration performance and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
5. Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, external partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Communicate program updates, risks, and successes to stakeholders and executive leadership.
6. Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the program lifecycle
