Delivery Director

Role: Delivery Director | Location: Chennai

Key Expectations:

Progressive growth from a strong software development background with 78+ years of enterprise-level development experience

Master's degree preferred with a strong academic foundation

Prior experience as Tech Lead / Architect, with exposure to pre-sales activities

5+ years in leadership roles within IT services organizations

Experience working with or delivering for Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India is highly desirable

Excellent communication, stakeholder management skills, and executive presence

Strong expertise in application development, system design, solution & technical architecture

Hands-on or certified experience across Cloud, Data, and Full-Stack Engineering

Proven experience in delivering digital platforms with AI / GenAI components

Strong understanding of GenAI concepts and their business applications

Experience managing large delivery teams (300+ members)

Overall experience not exceeding 18 years

Domain exposure in CPG, Retail, BFSI, Automotive, or Manufacturing preferred

Certifications in Agile, Cloud, or AI are strongly preferred
