About Role :

We are hiring a Delivery Director for a fast-growing Product SaaS organization. Looking for leaders who can drive large-scale enterprise implementations and manage high-impact customer delivery programs.

Key requirements:

• 15–20 years of experience in Delivery / Program Management

• Strong background in Product SaaS & enterprise implementations

• Prior hands-on software development experience preferred

• Experience working in startups or mid-sized companies

• Strong stakeholder management with CXOs & founders

• Expertise in delivery governance, execution, and customer success

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams at scale

• Exposure to RTM (Route-to-Market) domain is a plus

What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation programs

• Manage delivery teams across PMs, Engineering, QA, Consultants & BA

• Drive customer governance and executive reviews

• Improve delivery processes and operational excellence

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering & GTM teams
