We are looking for an experienced MuleSoft Delivery Director with strong ownership of end-to-end delivery, from SOW creation through project delivery and closure.
The role requires hands-on leadership in delivery governance, budget management, and client engagement, especially for banking domain clients.
Basic MuleSoft knowledge and integration exposure are required to effectively manage delivery teams and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end project delivery from SOW finalization to successful project delivery
- Lead project planning, execution, governance, and delivery across multiple workstreams
- Manage project budgets, cost control, resource planning, and financial governance
- Act as the primary delivery point of contact for banking clients
- Ensure adherence to banking compliance, security, and regulatory standards
- Drive delivery quality, timelines, SLAs, and client satisfaction
- Manage risks, dependencies, escalations, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams for SOW creation, estimation, and delivery planning
- Provide regular executive-level status reporting and stakeholder communication
- Lead and mentor delivery managers, project managers, and technical teams
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of IT delivery and program management experience
- Strong experience in banking / financial services domain
- Proven track record in end-to-end delivery ownership
- Hands-on experience in SOW management, budgeting, financial tracking, and governance
- Exposure to enterprise integration and API-led architectures
- Basic MuleSoft knowledge (MuleSoft concepts, APIs, integration flows)
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Experience managing large teams and complex client engagements
Educational Qualification:
- B.Tech / B.E / MCA / M.Tech or equivalent
- Preferred / Good to Have:
- MuleSoft delivery or integration program experience
- Banking transformation or digital integration projects
- Knowledge of banking regulations, data security, and compliance
- Experience in managing multi-vendor or large enterprise programs
Work Conditions:

- 5 working days per week
- Alternate Saturdays mandatory
