Key Responsibility
Coordinate daily delivery schedules and assign deliveries to delivery staff. Ensure products are dispatched and delivered as per company timelines. Monitor delivery status and resolve delivery-related issues promptly. Coordinate with warehouse and branch teams for product availability and dispatch. Maintain delivery records, acknowledgments, and related documentation. Communicate delivery schedules and updates to customers. Handle customer queries and complaints related to deliveries. Ensure proper installation coordination wherever applicable.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in logistics, delivery coordination, or operations (preferred). Good communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
