About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Delivery Coordinator (Sr AVP) within the CIB Front Office Change organization to support Lending & Client product portfolios. This role sits within the I&P CIB Front Office COO Business Solution and Enablement group, which is focused on driving disciplined execution of change initiatives across CIB.
The incumbent will act as a delivery coordinator / execution lead, responsible for end‑to‑end delivery oversight across Lending and Client initiatives. The role requires strong execution rigor, governance discipline, and the ability to quarterback cross‑functional delivery involving Business, Technology, Risk, and Control partners.
The Delivery Coordinator will track delivery schedules, dependencies, risks, and metrics highlight derailers such as scope creep or capacity constraints and ensure delivery is aligned to business priorities, regulatory expectations, and control standards.
Leverage AI‑enabled productivity and analytics tools to enhance delivery insights, reporting, and documentation quality, while maintaining strong human judgment, ownership, and accountability.
