Description
The Delivery Consultant will be an integral part of TATE's delivery ecosystem. He/she will work closely with the Search team to deliver on leadership positions for all assignments keeping fitment and timelines as primary priorities.
Key Result Areas
- Possess adequate depth in industry knowledge and conduct analysis of talent pool availability.
- Coordinate with the Senior Client Partners in researching for assignments on hand.
- Source, recommend and validate profiles of candidates to match client requirements across a broad spectrum of industry sectors.
- Nurture key candidates and build sustaining relationships.
- Work with Senior Client Partners to closely manage every aspect of delivery
- Collect and collate data on industry, organization, competitors, candidates and maintain database of companies and candidates.
- Ensure the status of the mandate is updated on a regular basis. Keep track of ongoing and new projects.
- Proactively share pertinent news and insights across the business through regular reporting.
- Conduct and write reports on candidate interviews whenever required.
- Support candidates throughout the search cycle, maintaining engagement and involvement from assignment start to closure.
- Make candidate nurturance a priority to ensure successful assignment outcomes and lend TATE's unique culture of candidate connect.
- Manage and monitor every stage of the search cycle to ensure effective delivery of assignments.
- Efficiently anchor sourcing and delivery of multiple assignments to ensure every assignment is delivered with outstanding quality and value.
Skills & competencies
- 4 to 7 years experience in a fast-paced, delivery oriented executive search (or) leadership hiring environment.
- Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on quality and business profit.
- Proven sourcing and industry/talent mapping expertise.
- Ability to influence and negotiate with candidates.
- Competency in writing business e-mails, contracts and proposals.
- An excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator.
