Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Delivery Consultant specializing in Technology Expert Labs services for IBM's zStack portfolio, you will provide world-class infrastructure services solutions for clients with IBM Z, LinuxONE, and associated software. You will work with clients to deliver solutions that meet their specific needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Deliver Infrastructure Solutions: Provide world-class infrastructure services solutions for clients with IBM Z, LinuxONE, and associated software, including z/OS, Linux, and GDPS.
- Implement Technology Expert Labs Services: Specialize in delivering Technology Expert Labs services for IBM's zStack portfolio, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their specific infrastructure services requirements.
- Support Solution Delivery: Contribute to the delivery of solutions that meet client needs, leveraging expertise in IBM Z, LinuxONE, and associated software.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Exposure to IBM Z Infrastructure: Familiarity with IBM Z, LinuxONE, and associated software, including z/OS, Linux, and GDPS, to deliver high-quality infrastructure services solutions.
- Technology Expert Labs Services Knowledge: Understanding of Technology Expert Labs services for IBM's zStack portfolio, with the ability to specialize in delivering these services to meet client requirements.
- Linux and z/OS Experience: Hands-on experience working with Linux and z/OS operating systems, as well as associated software, to design and implement infrastructure solutions.
- Infrastructure Solution Delivery: Experience working with clients to deliver tailored infrastructure services solutions that meet their specific needs and requirements.
- Associated Software Skills: Familiarity with GDPS and other associated software used in conjunction with IBM Z and LinuxONE to deliver comprehensive infrastructure services solutions.
- IBM Systems Z hardware
- Project management and the ability to collaborate across teams
- Candidate should be self-organized, eager to learn with strong sense of analysis & troubleshooting skills
- Strong demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Advanced IBM Z Knowledge: Exposure to advanced features and configurations of IBM Z infrastructure, including z/OS and Linux operating systems.
- In-depth LinuxONE Understanding: Familiarity with LinuxONE architecture and its integration with IBM Z and associated software.
- GDPS Expertise: Hands-on experience working with GDPS and other associated software used in conjunction with IBM Z and LinuxONE.
- Basic RACF knowledge
- z/VM system programming
- Linux on z Systems administration
- Networking skills especially TCP/IP knowledge
- Automation provisioning
- Storage management experience using DFSMS
- Ability to lead customer technical workshops
- Customer facing communications, requirements analysis, documentation, and report presentations.
- SMP/E, Assembler, JCL, REXX and CLIST knowledge
- Knowledge of IBM's GDPS® portfolio.
