Job Title: Delivery Boy
Key Responsibilities
- Material Delivery
- Safely deliver IT hardware products (e.g., computers, laptops, peripherals, network equipment) to customers as per the assigned schedule.
- Ensure proper handling of fragile/expensive IT equipment during transit.
- Collect signatures and necessary documents upon successful delivery.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients.
- Loading & Unloading
- Assist in loading materials from the warehouse into the delivery vehicle.
- Unload materials safely at the customer's location.
- Ensure materials are correctly counted and match delivery challans.
- Warehouse Coordination
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for picking up items for delivery.
- Help in organizing and stacking materials in the warehouse.
- Assist in basic inventory support when required.
- Vehicle & Documentation Management
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle.
- Keep all delivery-related documents (challans, invoices, receipts, etc.) organized.
- Report any delays, issues, or discrepancies during delivery.
