Responsibilities

• Efficient Delivery: Deliver products to specified addresses promptly, ensuring that all deliveries are made on time for Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd.
• Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers, addressing their needs and providing excellent service during each delivery.
• Payment Handling: Collect payments from customers when required, and manage transactions accurately.
• Route Optimization: Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes to minimize delays and maximize productivity for Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd.
• Safe Package Handling: Ensure that packages are handled with care and delivered in their original condition.
• Record Maintenance: Keep accurate records of deliveries, including addresses, payment statuses, and any delivery issues encountered.
• Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve any problems or complaints from customers effectively.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other delivery personnel and warehouse staff to ensure a smooth delivery process for Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd.
