Job Title: Solutions Delivery Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking a Solutions Delivery Architect (SDA) to join our Architecture Practice team. This is a hands-on role responsible for delivering end-to-end working solutions for technical business problems — from diagnosis to prototype, validation, and engineering handoff. SDAs bridge architecture and delivery while working closely with onsite architects and distributed engineering teams.

This is not a consulting role; you'll own outcomes, not just recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with Enterprise Delivery Architects to analyze business problems and stakeholder requirements.
Design and build technical solutions, including architecture models, data flows, and integrations, independently and end-to-end.
Prototype and validate solutions with real users and data, iterating as needed.
Provide documentation (technical specs, diagrams, integration requirements) for smooth handoffs to engineering teams.
Stay engaged during productionization to maintain solution integrity.

Requirements:

Experience: 3–6 years in technical delivery/architecture roles with proven ability to build and deliver solutions.
Skills: Strong in intelligent automation (LLMs, RAG pipelines, agentic systems), solution design, prototyping, and documentation.
Fluent in translating business problems into technical approaches with measurable outcomes.
Strong collaboration and communication abilities in remote environments.

Domain Expertise (Preferred in One or More):

AI & Agentic Systems: Expertise in LLMs, vector databases, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, etc.
Cloud & Infrastructure: Cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), HIPAA compliance, or AI workload scalability.
Enterprise Integration: API design, EHR/ERP/CRM connectivity (e.g., Epic, Salesforce), FHIR/HL7 standards.
Application Modernization: Legacy re architecture, CI/CD, DevSecOps, cloud-native refactoring.
