About Role:

Role: Delivery Manager(Automotive/Semiconductor/Embedded/IoT

Reports To: Head of Engineering

Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore

Role Purpose: Own end-to-end engineering delivery for one or more technology verticals,

ensuring predictable delivery, customer satisfaction, engineering quality, team development

and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Own planning, execution and delivery governance.
• Manage customer reviews, escalations and delivery commitments.
• Lead Technical Leads, Project Managers and Engineering teams.
• Drive utilization, capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Ensure engineering standards, reviews and quality compliance.
• Identify skill gaps and execute technical capability development.
• Support hiring, succession planning and performance management.
• Improve automation, productivity and engineering best practices.
• Manage delivery risks and mitigation plans.
• Contribute to revenue growth, margin improvement and customer retention.

Required Experience

• 12–18+ years in Embedded/Product Engineering.
• Experience leading engineering teams in Automotive, Compute, IoT or Smart Devices.
• Strong customer-facing delivery management and stakeholder communication.
• Knowledge of engineering governance, Agile delivery and quality processes.
