Job Description:

We are seeking a Delinea PAM Engineer responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions using Delinea Secret Server The role involves securing privileged accounts, enforcing compliance controls, and supporting automation and integration efforts.

Implement, configure, and manage Delinea Secret Server (PAM) infrastructure

Design and enforce privileged access controls, password vaulting, and session management

Integrate PAM solutions with enterprise systems including Active Directory, IAM tools, and applications

Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, and REST APIs for password rotation and access workflows

Monitor PAM platform health, logs, and performance; drive log analytics and troubleshooting

Hands-on experience with Delinea Secret Server deployment and operations

Strong understanding of PAM architecture and security best practices

Experience in BFSI or regulated environments preferred

Technical Skills

PAM Tools: Delinea Secret Server, CyberArk / BeyondTrust (nice to have)

Programming & Scripting: PowerShell, Python, REST APIs

Databases: SQL Server, HSM integration exposure

Platforms: Windows Server, Linux/Unix

Identity Systems: Active Directory, LDAP, IAM integration

Logging & Monitoring: SIEM tools, log analytics, troubleshooting Outlook

Security Concepts: Least privilege, RBAC, credential vaulting, session monitoring

Good to have:

Experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD integration for PAM

Exposure to cloud PAM (Azure/AWS)

Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture

Preferred Certifications:

Delinea PAM certification (if available)

CyberArk Defender/Sentry or equivalent

Security certifications: CISSP / CISM / CEH (optional)
