Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a position at the Delhi Law Wing of Youth United Festival, located in Chennai. The selected candidate will be expected to provide expertise in legal matters, primarily in business law and labor and employment law. Daily tasks include conducting legal research, preparing reports and documentation, advising on legal issues, assisting with compliance matters, and supporting the organization's objectives with sound legal advice. Collaboration with various teams and stakeholders is an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Law, Business Law, and Labor and Employment Law
- Proficiency in conducting detailed Research and drafting well-structured documents
- Excellent Writing skills tailored to legal documentation and correspondence
- Ability to analyze and interpret laws, regulations, and policies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities
- Law degree (LLB or equivalent) with relevant legal certification and experience preferred
