Role: Delegate & Visitor Outreach Executive
We are looking for a confident and energetic telecalling executive to support our exhibition and conference outreach campaigns. The role involves calling existing databases to promote award nominations, conference attendance, and exhibition visitor registrations for our industry events.
Key Responsibilities
Call and engage with existing databases of industry professionals, companies, and decision-makers.
Promote:
- Award nominations
- Conference delegate registrations
- Exhibition visitor registrations
- Explain event highlights, benefits, speaker line-ups, and networking opportunities.
- Identify and qualify potential delegates, visitors, sponsors, and nominees.
- Follow up via calls, WhatsApp, and email where required.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and updates in CRM/Excel sheets.
- Achieve daily call targets and registration targets.
- Coordinate with the conference, marketing and sales teams for campaign updates.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer outreach, or event promotions.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable speaking with senior professionals and business decision-makers.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, CRM systems, and email communication.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized.
- Preferred Experience
- Experience in exhibitions, conferences, B2B events, media, or delegate sales is an advantage.
- Experience handling industry databases and outbound calling campaigns preferred.
