The Delegate Acquisition Associate will be responsible for sourcing and engaging potential delegates for our events and conferences. This role requires a proactive approach to building relationships and implementing effective acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential delegates for various events and conferences.
Build and maintain relationships with existing delegates to ensure continued participation.
Conduct market research to identify new delegate acquisition strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Utilize CRM systems to track delegate interactions and manage the acquisition pipeline.
Provide regular reports on delegate acquisition efforts and outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2-10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or delegate acquisition roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
