From venues to decor, photography to entertainment, makeup to mehendi - we bring everything under one roof, backed by a curated network of 2,000+ trusted vendors across cities.
Executing weddings across geographies, budget brackets, and unique client preferences requires exceptional digital and offline capabilities. Weddings are a single-take service, there are no second chances, and come with a unique set of operational challenges.
In just 18 months, we have:
- Curated a network of 2,000+ vetted vendors across 8+ destinations (India & Thailand)
- Planned & executed 400+ weddings worth ₹120+ crore in total service value
- Become operationally profitable (as of Oct 2024) while serving weddings in the ₹10 lakh - ₹5 crore range
- Raised ₹8 crore ($1M) in pre-seed funding from marquee investors including LVX, Tremis Capital, and Dropbox Co-founder Arash Ferdowsi

Key Responsibilities
- Support client discovery by reviewing call notes and structuring inputs into clear design, budget, and logistics requirements.
- Assist in creating initial decor moodboards using internal libraries, past wedding references, and vendor catalogues.
- Organise and tag decor references by theme, budget tier, and event type.
- Prepare first-draft quotations using approved pricing tools and cost matrices, and cross-check for completeness and budget fit.
- Support creation and sharing of proposal decks, moodboards, and quotations with clients.
- Track client responses, approvals, feedback loops, and payment milestones in internal trackers.
- Capture client feedback and share learnings on objections, winning themes, and pricing patterns with the Category and Sales teams.

Required Skills & Profile
- Strong interest in weddings, decor, events, or design-led businesses
- Good visual sense and basic understanding of aesthetics
- Clear communication (written & verbal)
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets, Docs, Slides
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn and take feedback quickly
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Background in:
- Event management
- Design / architecture / fashion
- Hospitality or sales internships
- Familiarity with Pinterest, Instagram, Canva, or moodboarding tools
Internship Details
- Location: Bangalore (Hybrid / Office-based depending on team needs)
- Duration: 2 months, extendable
- Reporting To: Decor Sales Consultant / Senior Category Manager
- Growth Path: High-performing interns can be considered for:
