Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Reports to: Store Manager / Design Head

About the Role:

 As a Decor Consultant at Treasure Trove, you will be the face of our brand—guiding clients through our curated collection of luxury home décor, offering personalized styling suggestions, and translating their vision into elegant living spaces. Your role blends aesthetic sensibility with customer-centric service, ensuring a warm, immersive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

             •           Greet and engage clients with warmth and professionalism

             •           Understand clients style preferences, space requirements, and lifestyle needs

             •           Offer personalized decor recommendations and product pairings

             •           Assist in visualizing setups using in-store mockups, lookbooks, or digital tools

             •           Educate clients on materials, craftsmanship, and product care

             •           Maintain high product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals

             •           Coordinate with the design desk for layout support or customization options

             •           Follow up on client visits, quotes, and special requests

             •           Ensure showroom sections are styled impeccably

             •           Assist in merchandising and seasonal styling updates

 Desired Skills & Qualities:

             •           Strong design sensibility and eye for aesthetics

             •           Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

             •           Confidence in luxury selling and client interaction

             •           Ability to translate a client's brief into tangible décor solutions

             •           Familiarity with color palettes, textures, and interior trends

             •           Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-oriented retail environment

 Qualifications:

             •           Graduate in Interior Design / Visual Arts / Design Management / Hospitality / Luxury Retail

             •           Prior experience in luxury retail, décor consulting, or interior styling is preferred

             •           Proficiency in English; Kannada or Hindi is a bonus
