Join the team at Water Town Swim School, where we're making a splash in the world of swim education. We're looking for a Deck Administrator who can confidently manage day-to-day class operations while also handling occasional live video sessions during classes.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and confident in communicating with clients, both in person and online.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee on-deck class operations to ensure safety, structure, and smooth flow
- Support instructors and assist with class logistics when needed
- Go live during selected sessions on Facebook or Instagram to showcase classes (training provided)
- Handle minor technical or equipment issues on-site (e.g., phones, livestream setup)
- Communicate clearly with parents and clients on-site and over WhatsApp
- Ensure swimmers arrive on time, are prepared, and follow deck rules
