Keys and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement rules-based and eligibility decision logic for the NBA Decision Engine, ensuring decisions are deterministic, explainable, and compliant.
• This role focuses on building and maintaining decision logic using rules engines or decision tables (e.g., Drools or equivalent), integrating rules with backend decision services built in Node.js and/or Python, and combining deterministic rules with ML-driven signals to produce final Next Best Action outcomes.
• The ideal candidate has strong experience translating business and regulatory requirements into versioned, testable decision logic, understands auditability and explainability in regulated environments, and can deliver low-latency, production-ready decision components that scale reliably.
