What you will do
This role acts as a force multiplier for the APACCFO, enabling high-quality, fact-based decision making across the region. Combiningelements of Chief of Staff, Finance Business Partner, and Program Lead, therole ensures that the CFO has clear visibility on performance, risks, andopportunities, while driving disciplined execution across strategic priorities including 3YOP delivery and synergy realization. You will provide financialleadership, oversee operating systems, and ensure compliance with policies to support strategic objectives:
Key Responsibilities
1. CFO Decision Support & Executive Enablement
. Act as a trusted adviser to the APAC CFO on key business and financial decisions
. Translate complex financial and operational inputs into clear insights, trade-offs, and recommendations
. Prepare executive-ready materials for leadership forums (e.g. 3YOP, MBRs, Board updates)
. Orchestrate key narratives across Finance and cross-functional stakeholders
2. Strategic Planning & 3YOP Governance
. Support development, validation, and tracking of the APAC 3-Year Operating Plan (3YOP)
. Ensure alignment of market and function inputs to regional financial targets
. Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies, and drive mitigation plans
. Validate assumptions, financial models, and scenario analyses
3. Program Execution & Performance Tracking
. Drive execution discipline across priority Finance and business programs
. Establish and track key milestones, deliverables, and outcomes
. Coordinate across functions to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution
. Provide transparency on progress, risks, and interdependencies
4. Integration Management Office (IMO) & Synergy Validation
. Partner with IMO teams to ensure financial rigor in synergy tracking
. Validate synergy calculations, assumptions, and delivery timelines
. Track realized vs. committed benefits, escalating variances where needed
. Support governance forums to ensure alignment and accountability
5. Financial Insight & Business Performance
. Support deep-dive analysis into performance drivers (NTS, IBT, cost, margin)
. Provide insight-led recommendations to improve financial outcomes
. Ensure consistency and integrity of financial data used in decision making
. Enable faster, more informed decisions through structured analysis
6. Governance & Operating Rhythm
. Orchestrate Finance cadence (MBRs, reviews, planning cycles)
. Ensure high-quality, consistent outputs across markets and functions
. Drive clarity on roles, accountabilities, and ways of working
. Act as central coordination point between CFO and finance leadership team
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
. 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, decision support, or related finance roles.
. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
. In-depth knowledge of financial policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
. Excellent judgment and decision-making skills within established guidelines and practices.

. Proven expertise in leveraging advanced analytics tools and platforms to transform complex datasets into strategic insights.
. Proven experience in developing and managing financial dashboards and business intelligence tools.
. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and influence business decisions.
. Experience managing relationships with external financial consultants or firms.
. Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-cultural teams and driving impactful projects.
. Exceptional communication abilities, capable of articulating complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders.
. Innovative mindset with a passion for integrating cutting-edge technologies to solve traditional finance challenges.
. Strong business acumen combined with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for financial optimization and growth.
