About The Position
Location: Bengaluru

As Decision Intelligence Lead, you will manage a team of five to six developers responsible for building and optimizing Power BI reports and analytics solutions. Beyond delivery, you will act as a key partner for all solutions including advanced analytics and AI supported by the AI and Decision Intelligence team, ensuring that verticals such as FP&A, RGM, CMI, and Supply Chain receive proactive, scalable, and impactful intelligence products
So, what does it take to be successful in this role
Leading and mentoring a high-performing analytics team
You'll manage 56 Power BI and analytics developers, fostering technical excellence, collaboration, and innovation while ensuring timely delivery of impactful dashboards and reports.
Overseeing the creation of high-quality Power BI reports and dashboards
You'll ensure all reports align with business priorities and deliver clear narratives for insights and decision-making, championing best practices in data modelling, visualization, and automation.
Driving strategic intelligence solutions
You'll partner with business verticals (example, RGM, CMI, Supply Chain, etc.) to co-create scalable, actionable insights products, including advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions.
Governance and Operations
You'll ensure robust operational resilience, data governance, security, and compliance across all reporting and analytics solutions, maintaining integrity and reliability of data platforms.
Collaborating cross-functionally to enable adoption
You'll act as a key enabler for AI and analytics solutions, translating business needs into tool-agnostic, scalable frameworks that deliver measurable impact.
