We Are Hiring Debt Recovery / Collection Agent

Company: Creditwalle (A Unit of Woodland Securities Pvt. Ltd.)

Experience Required : 6 months to 3 years

Salary: Up to 25,000 CTC + Performance-Based Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound calls for overdue payment recovery
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely repayment of loans
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments
• Resolve customer queries professionally and maintain compliance with company policies
• Coordinate with internal teams for case resolution and closure

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in debt recovery or collections
• Experience in NBFC or payday loan collections will be an added advantage
• Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
