Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Debt Recovery Agent located in Agra. The primary responsibilities include contacting debtors to negotiate and ensure the recovery of outstanding payments, maintaining proper records, coordinating repayment strategies, and preparing accurate reports. The role also involves evaluating customer profiles, providing excellent customer service, and assessing the financial viability of repayment plans while adhering to company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in Debt Collection and understanding of financial operations
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating repayment strategies and debtor profiles
- Excellent Communication skills to negotiate and engage with customers professionally
- Experience in Customer Service to ensure a positive interaction with clients
- Knowledge of Finance principles and practices is preferred
- Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple accounts effectively
- Proficiency in standard office and reporting tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in finance or a related field is an advantage
- Ability to work well within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
