• DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification is Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

TCO (Telecaller)

• Contact customers regarding overdue loan payments.
• Follow up on outstanding dues and negotiate repayment plans.
• Update collection records and maintain call logs.
• Ensure timely collections while maintaining professional customer interactions.

FCO (Field Executive)

• Visit customers for recovery of overdue loan payments.
• Conduct field verification and collection activities.
• Coordinate with customers to resolve payment issues.
• Submit daily collection and visit reports.

RA (Recovery Agent)

• Handle recovery of secured loan and write-off accounts.
• Manage bucket-wise collections and recovery targets.
• Negotiate settlements and maximize recoveries.
• Work closely with legal teams for recovery proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and recovery policies.

TL (Team Lead)

• Lead and supervise a team of collection executives.
• Monitor daily collection performance and target achievement.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members.
• Prepare MIS reports and ensure process compliance.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Loan Recovery or Collections.
• Experience in secured loan recovery and write-off accounts.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to achieve collection targets within timelines.
• Knowledge of collection buckets and legal recovery processes is preferred.
• Willingness to travel for field collections (FCO/RA roles).
