Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our Debt Recovery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to recover outstanding debts, negotiate payment plans, and resolve customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to customers to recover outstanding debts

2. Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers

3. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner

4. Update customer records and debt recovery systems accurately

5. Meet or exceed monthly debt recovery targets

6. Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as credit controllers and account managers

7. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
