Position description:
Training Officer - Assets
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collation of data for Trainers as per requirements for, IIBF training, Certification, and trained status, LMS, CSAT, Click to Call, Code of Conduct refreshers, attendance, recordings and Feedback
- Infographic reports, Attrition calling and collation, Complaint tracker, Certificates audit,
- Accurate and timely submission of MIS / data as per activities above Extraction of reports from applications of IDMS, CSAT, LMS and any other applications / systems
- Accurate extraction and tabulation of the data extracted as per defined process.
- Storage of the reports as per defined process (Hard & soft form as applicable)
- Maintenance of all records in soft copy as well as hard copy formats as defined by the Bank
- Maintain accuracy & timeline in submission of information in content.
